The CRS4 NGS Core, currently the largest NGS platform in Italy, uses the state-of-the-art genomics technologies to support genomic research since 2008. The NGS Core is equipped with the most up-to-date Illumina sequencing technology (MiSeq, HiSeq 2500 and HiSeq 3000).

We have extensive experience in protocol development and a dedicated data-analysis team to support a wide range of applications, including WGS, WES, RNA-Seq and Custom Panels.
